旋转导叶风机试验研究

摘要 本文根据叶轮机械叶片绕流控制气动理论气附面层理论,研制了所谓旋转导叶风机。对比试验研究表明,和不带附加导叶的同一台风机相比,旋转导叶风机的效率、噪声、工况范围等技术指标都有较好的改善与提高。试验风机的气动性能试验和内部流场可视化与出口流速分布试验的结果彼此吻合。 This paper advances a new kind of fan which is known as rotating guide fan. It has been used aerodynamics theory of turbomachine with encircling control in blade surfaces and boundary layer theory. the results of relative test have shown, the efficiencies, noises and stable working ranges of guide fan were much better than those of fan without guide. The performance test results of test fan are in agreement each other with those of internal flow visualization studids and exit velocity distribution test.
