院校研究与高校管理组织结构的变革

Institutional Research and the Reform of College Management Organizational Structure

认识院校研究机构与其他组织机构之间的区别,分析院校研究机构与现有管理组织结构之间的矛盾,是院校研究"本土化"实践中面临的问题。一方面,院校研究需要通过自身功能的发挥获得其他组织机构的承认,证明自身存在的合理性和必要性;另一方面,所在的管理组织结构必须提供院校研究实现其功能的土壤。本文对现存的管理组织结构与院校研究之间存在的矛盾进行分析,并对现有管理组织结构的改革提出了建议。

In the process of localization of institutional research,it is very important to understand the difference between the IR institutions and other organizations,and analyze the contradiction between the IR institutions and the existing management organizational structure.On the one hand,IR institutions need to be recognized through their functions,and prove the rationality and necessity of existence;On the other hand,the organizational structure of the management should provide conditions for IR to achieve their functions.This paper analyzes the existing contradictions between the IR institutions and the existing organizational structure,and put forward suggestions for the reform of the existing management structure.
