高等师范专业教育实践课程建构的理性思考

摘要 高等师范专业的教育实践课程结构存在两个薄弱环节,一是教育实习前的见习,一是教育实习的后续课程。它反映出我们在师范教育思想和教育实践课程观念上的落后。陶行知先生"教学做合一"思想在师范教育中的体现是"把理论与实习合为一炉而冶之"。一个合理的教育实践课程体系应符合师范生学习做教师的认知规律,是一个以时间、实践内容与层面、实践目标要求为三维坐标的立体结构,教育见习与实习应不间断地融入四年师范本科学习中,使师范生对教师职业的认知不断深化。 There are two weak links in the structure of practice courses in higher normal education.One is the probation before the final internship;the other is the subsequent courses after the internship.They reflect that our education thought in normal education and practice course are falling behind.Tao Xinzhi's 'Trinity of teaching,learning and practice' embodies combining theory teaching and course practice in normal education.A reasonable normal education system should abide by the cognitive process in which pre-service teachers learn how to become qualified teachers.This system should be a structure involving time,content of the practice and goals of practice as the three dimensions in it.Probation and final internship should be put in every semester in the education of pre-service teachers,in which pre-service teachers can obtain their spiraling improvement in the understanding of teaching profession.
