师范专业大学生职业价值观调查研究

Survey Research of Occupational Values of Undergraduates in Normal College

职业价值观是个体的价值观在职业生活上的体现。本研究以师范专业大学生为研究对象,采用Super编制、宁维卫修订的《职业价值观问卷》对823名学生进行调查,考察了他们的职业价值观以及对教师职业价值的认知,并对二者的分布进行了比较,揭示了师范专业大学生职业价值观的基本特征及其与教师职业价值之间的差异。

Occupational values are individual values embodied in professional life.This study takes normal college students as the research object,using Professional Values Questionnaire edited by Super and revised by Ning Weiwei for a survey of 823 students to investigate their occupational values,and their cognition of the profession value of teachers.The comparison of their distribution revealed the basic characteristics of occupational values of normal college students and the difference between the values of the teaching profession.
