鹰潭市2008年碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis on Monitoring Results of Iodized Salt in Yingtan City in 2008

目的全面、准确地掌握鹰潭市碘盐生产、销售和居民户食用碘盐情况,及时发现问题并采取相应的干预措施,以保证居民食用合格碘盐。方法根据江西省碘盐监测实施细则对该市3个县(市、区)生产批发层次的样品进行监测,采用国标(GB/T13025.7-1999)中的直接滴定法定量测定样品。结果共检测36批盐样,合格36批,批次质量合格率为100%。3个县(市、区)共检测864份居民户盐样,经检测合格碘盐841份,不合格碘盐17份,非碘盐6份,碘盐合格率为98.02%,合格碘盐食用率为97.34%,碘盐覆盖率为99.31%,非碘盐覆盖率为0.69%。结论鹰潭市生产的碘盐质量保持在较高的水平;居民碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均达到国家标准,但市场上还存在一些走私盐,应加强监测和管理。

[ Objective ] To study the situation of production and sale of iodized salt and household consumption of iodized - salt in Yingtan city, discover problems in time and take relevant intervention measures to ensure the edible quality of iodized salt. [ Meth- ods] According to implementing regulations on monitoring of iodized salt of Jiangxi province, the samples selected from production and wholesale level of 3 county （city and district ） were detected, Quantification of samples was determined by direct titration（GB/ T 13025.7 - 1999 ）. [ Results ] 36 lots samples were tested, and all of them were qualified with qualified rate of 100%. Among 864 household salt samples, there were 841 qualified samples, 17 unqualified samples and 6 non - iodized salt samples. The rate of iodized salt, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt, the iodine salt coverage rate and the non - iodized salt coverage rate were 98.02% ,7.34%, 99.31% and 0. 69% respectively. [ Conclusion] The quality of iodine salt remained at a high level in Yingtan city. The iodine salt coverage rate and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt all reached the national standards. However, there were some smuggle salts, so the monitoring and management should be strengthened.
