兴文县女性性服务工作者艾滋病干预效果分析

Effect Analysis of AIDS Intervention among Female Sex Workers in Wenxing County

目的探讨低档娱乐服务场所女性性服务工作者(FSW)艾滋病干预效果。方法分析2005、2008年艾滋病基线调查、综合监测等专项调查资料。结果兴文县中低档场所性服务工作者安全套的使用率经过3年的干预有所提高,最近一次安全套使用率上升5倍,不使用安全套率下降了63.00%;每次使用上升5.5倍;艾滋病知识的知晓率上升3.6倍。结论在娱乐场所中开展预防艾滋病综合干预能提高艾滋病知晓率和安全套的使用率,需持之以恒才能改变FSW的行为。

[Objective]To discuss the intervention effect of AIDS among female sex workers （FSW） in low grade entertainment places. [ Methods] The baseline survey and comprehensive monitoring data of AIDS in 2005 and 2008 were analyzed. [ Results] After intervention of 3 years, the condom use rate of sex workers in low grade entertainment places increased somewhat. The condom use rate in last sex increased 5 times, no use rate of condom decreased 63.00%. The condom use rate in every sex increased 5.5 times, the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge increased 3.6 times. [ Conclusion ] The comprehensive intervention of AIDS in entertainment places can increase the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge and condom use rate, and behavior of FSW can be changed by persistent intervention.
