摘要
目的评价国产化张力带材料治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法500例髌骨骨折范围在2块以内,部分骨折边缘存在碎骨片,全部病例均接受国产张力带材料治疗,并对手术疗效进行评价。解剖学疗效采用手术后的X线片对比方法。结果术后50例患者膝关节功能均得到很好的恢复,无一例出现骨折固定后严重并发症;影像学分析显示髌骨骨折处对位对线良好。结论国产张力带材料治疗髌骨骨折有效,且价格低廉,适用普通人群。
[ Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of domestic tensionbelt in treatment of patella fracture. [ Methods] The patella fracture of 50 cases with the range of less than 2 pieces and bone cips at fracture edge were treated with domestic tensionbelt, the efficacy was evaluated by post-operative X-ray film. [ Results ] After the operation , knee joint function of 50 patients well recovered, without serious complications. Imaging analysis showed that anatomical reduction achieved well. [ Conclusion ] Domestic tensionbelt is effective in treatment of patella fracture with cheap price and is applicable to the general population.
