论“两型社会”建设综合评价指标体系构建——以农村地区为例

Analysis on Comprehensive Evaluation Index System of Rural Two-Oriented Society

中国是个农业大国,"两型社会"建设不能忽视农村地区。但是,中国农村具有自身特点,不能完全沿用城市"两型社会"建设的做法。通过对比社会主义新农村、和谐社会、农村全面小康社会的内涵,文章构建了农村地区"两型社会"建设综合评价指标体系,以用于分析农村地区"两型社会"建设的差距和问题。

China is a large agricultural country. Hence, rural area isn＇t able to be excluded out of the process of two-oriented society. But rural area has some characters that are different from those of city, so rural area doesn＇t abide completely by the methods of urban two-oriented society. Compared rural two-oriented society with socialist new country, harmonious society, rural all-sides welfare society, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural two-oriented society to analyze the existing problems.
