On Relative Theory and Literal Humor in Translation Theory

关联理论虽然并非是为翻译而作,但对翻译同样有很大的作用。它为翻译提供的统一的理论原则,可被看作其本体论因素与方法论因素的出发点。翻译中的文字幽默也可通过关联理论达到完美的体现。

Although the Relative Theory is not intended to apply to translation, but it supply translation with the same theoretical principle and it can be considered as the point of departure of the ontology element and the methodology. And the literal humor can be perfectly shown though the use of it. This article is based on the relative theory, explains the relations and functions of the methods of translation especially the literal humor.
