摘要
西方"人性假设"理论根据人的需求来采取管理措施,影响、约束或促进人的实践活动,以达到管理效果。这与思想政治教育根据个体需要来实现思想政治教育的价值有较大契合之处。"人性假设"理论丰富的理论研究和实践经验对我们思想政治教育个体价值的研究和实现必然具有重大启迪作用。
Humanity Hypothesis suggests management measure should be taken based on individual need to affect, restrict, or push forward people's practical activity. It's consistent with the idea in ideological and political education that the value of ideological and political education should realized based on individual need. The abundant theoretic resources and practical experience is significant our study and realization of individual value in ideological and political education.
