建立科学的卫生事业管理专业人才培养模式是培养应用型卫生管理人才的关键,也是发展和完善卫生事业管理学科体系的重要举措。结合作者多年学习卫生事业管理专业的经历和卫生事业发展的现状,提出在课程设置与课程内容、教学体系、教学方法、教材和师资队伍建设方面的可行性方法,有助于卫生事业管理专业人才培养模式的改革与创新。

To establish the scientific mode for talents of health management is not only the key that we cultivate professional talents, but also the important measure we improve and develop the system of health management. In this paper, combined the experience of studying the cause of health management for many years with the present situation of health developing, the author analyzes the questions of the current cultivation mode, and puts forward the advice and measures in the content, teaching system, teaching methods, teaching materials and teachers which will help to its reform and innovation.
