重新审视食品营养与安全专业的培养目标,凭借一种特有的教育资源优势,建设特色鲜明的食品营养与安全专业是一个全新的专业建设思路。构建一个特色鲜明的教学科研团队,是优化课程体系、创新教学模式的前提;而注重学生创新能力的培养,则是食品营养与安全专业建设的关键。
It is an entirely new way of specialty construction to re-examine the training goal of food nutrition and safety specialty, and then build the distinctively characteristic specialty by its unique educational resources. Distinctive teaching and research team is the premise of optimizing course systems and innovating teaching models while it is the key to cultivating students' innovative capability.
