示范岗:大学生党员教育的长效机制

在校园、教室和宿舍建立大学生党员示范岗,是开展党员实践教育的重要内容,也是加强和改进大学生思想政治工作的重要举措,是学生党员加强党性修养、提高党员素质的重要保证。大学生党员示范岗的示范内容,包括思想道德品质示范、学习纪律示范,体现党员示范进校园、进课堂、进宿舍。党员的整体素质因此而得到提高,其先锋模范作用因此而得到加强,党支部的战斗堡垒作用因此而得到更好的发挥。

It is necessary to establish a long-term mechanism among college student party members on campus, in the classroom and their dormitories. Firstly, this mechanism benefits a lot in improving the quality of party members. Secondly, it provides methods to strengthen and improve their ideological and political tasks. Thirdly, it guarantees the ideological training and qualities among party members. Last but not least, it widens the opportunities for them to devote themselves to practices. The contents include ＂three-entrance＂ activities： to enter into campus, to enter into classroom and to enter into dormitories. Through this practice, it can improve their all-around qualities.
