摘要
总结了原有绩效评价的不足,以知识服务模式为立足点,针对知识型馆员的工作特性,提出了符合现代图书馆的绩效评价思想,以达到提高工作效率与效果的目的。
This paper sums up the shortcomings of the existing performance evaluation,and taking knowledge service mode as the foothold,and in the light of the work characteristics of knowledge librarians,puts forward performance evaluation thought fitting in with modern library for improving the work efficiency and effects.
