VEGF和c-Myc在血管瘤不同时期的表达

摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和c-Myc在血管瘤不同时期的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例血管瘤标本(增殖期30例,消退期26例)中VEGF和c-Myc的表达。统计学分析采用SPSS11.0统计软件。结果:VEGF在增殖期血管瘤组织中均呈阳性表达,阳性率为100%;而在消退期血管瘤中阳性率为61.54%;两组之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。c-Myc在增殖期血管瘤中阳性率为76.67%,在消退期血管瘤组织中的阳性率为100%,两组之间的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF在增殖期血管瘤血管内皮细胞上高表达,促进血管瘤增殖;在消退期血管瘤血管内皮细胞上低表达,有利于血管瘤消退。c-Myc在增殖期血管瘤血管内皮细胞上低表达,有利于血管瘤增殖;在消退期血管瘤的血管内皮细胞上高表达,促进血管瘤消退。增殖期血管瘤中c-Myc和VEGF协同作用,可能促进血管瘤的增殖;血管瘤消退期中,VEGF低表达时,高表达的c-Myc可能加速血管瘤消退。 Objective: To investigate the expression intensity of VEGF and c-Myc in different growing stages of dermal hemangioma. Methods: 56 hemangiomas (30 in proliferative stage and 26 in involutional stage) were examined immunohistochemically by SP method. Statistical analysis was carried out using the program SPSS for Windows 11.0. Results: VEGF expression in proliferative hemangiomas was 100%, whereas in involutional hemangiomas was 61.54%, there was significant difference between groups (P〈0.05). c-Myc expression in proliferative hemangiomas was 76.67%, whereas in involutional hemangiomas was 100%. There was significant difference between groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: VEGF may contribute in the development of hemangiomas, c-Myc may contribute in the involution of hemangiomas. VEGF and c-Myc have collaborative actions that promote the proliferation of hemangiomas. When lacking of VEGF, the c-Myc can promote the involution of hemangiomas.
