摘要
目的:观察珊瑚羟基磷灰石人工骨在颌骨囊肿刮除术后的应用效果。方法:选取各种适合刮治的颌骨囊肿患者共25例,年龄20～57岁,平均年龄30岁。术前常规拍X线片,刮除囊肿后骨腔中植入适量珊瑚羟基磷灰石(coralline hydroxyapatite,CHA),术后定期复查。结果:本组25例患者,术后随访1～5年,X线片追踪观察,填充腔骨质形成均良好。结论:在颌骨囊肿刮除术后植入珊瑚羟基磷灰石可引导成骨,有助于提高治疗成功率。
Objective： To discuss the filling effects of coralline hydroxyapatite （CHA） in curettage of jaw cysts. Methods： 25 patients were retrospectively reviewed. Patients＇ age ranged from 20 to 57 years, with an average of 30 years. After surgical curettage of the cyst, some CHA were implanted in bone defect region. Results： With the follow-up of 1-5 years, all cases obtained satisfactory results. Conclusions： Coralline Hydroxyapatite （CHA） used in curettement of jaw cyst could increase success rate and accelerate new bone formation.
