HS12864-15 is a dot-matrix LCD display module which can be used for modern industrial control instrumentation and intelligent display of characters, Chinese characters and graphics. In this paper, it introduces the LCD control based on the Infineon XC164 single-chip, a variety of display hardware and software design method of display systems from HS12864-15.
