摘要
目的研究聚合反应后热处理即二次热处理对树脂人工牙材料密度、硬度和耐磨性的影响,为更好的使用和加工树脂人工牙提供理论依据。方法将二次热处理前的试件分为BE(人工牙的釉质层),BD(人工牙的本质层)两组;热处理后试件分为BEh(人工牙的釉质层),BDh(人工牙的本质层)两组,每组均含有20个样本。在经过二次热处理前后,进行密度、硬度和磨耗量的测量,并进行统计学分析。结果二次热处理后人工牙的密度和硬度均提高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05),热处理后人工牙的磨耗量明显小于热处理前(P<0.01)。结论热处理能提高树脂人工牙的耐磨性。
objective To evaluate the effect of heat-seeting after polymerization on the wear resistance of material of artificial resin teeth. Methods Before heat-setting, the specimens were divided into two groups: BE (general enamel layer) ,and BD( dentin layer). After heat-setting, the specimens were divided into two groups: BEh (enamel layer), and BDh(dentin layer) ,with 20 specimens in each group. All specimens were stored in 3000℃ for 2 h and tested. Results The difference in volume loss was significant between the before heat-setting groups and after heat-setting groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Heat- setting could improve the wear resistance of material of artificial resin teeth.
