摘要
肿瘤内极少数具有无限自我更新潜能并导致肿瘤发生的细胞被称为肿瘤干细胞。近年来肿瘤干细胞理论的建立为恶性肿瘤的发病及复发机制研究提供了新的切入点,肿瘤干细胞是恶性肿瘤发生和复发的根源。因此肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗已成为目前恶性肿瘤的研究热点。最近研究发现口腔癌中也存在具有干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞。本文就肿瘤干细胞及肿瘤干细胞与口腔癌关系的研究进展进行综述。
