伴有区域淋巴结转移食管癌患者外周血CD4+CD25^high调节性T细胞在放疗前后的变化 被引量:1

摘要 放疗是局部晚期食管癌的主要治疗方法,但又可能抑制机体的免疫功能,导致肿瘤复发或转移。准确评估患者的免疫状态,有利于正确选择治疗方案。但目前尚无理想的指标评估免疫功能状态。
