轴流风机空气分流器的试验和应用

Application and Test of an Air-separator to Axial Flow Fan

对一台装有空气分离器的单转子轴流风机进行了试验研究,证实了空气分流器可以改进轴流风机在小流量区运行时的性能。本文给出了空气分流器导流片的改进方法。

An expermental isolate rotor of axial flow fan with an airseparator equipment has been investigated. It has been confirmed that the air-separator is an excellent apparatus for to improve the low flow-rate performance of axial flow fans. The methods to modifying the shape of the vane passage in the air-separator are given in this paper.
