肾脏固有细胞及炎症细胞在肾脏缺血/再灌注损伤中作用机制的研究进展
摘要
肾脏缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤是急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的主要原因之一。近年来认为,炎症反应是I/R损伤形成的重要因素之一,炎症反应与肾脏的固有细胞以及炎症细胞浸润有重要的关系,参与了这一损伤的过程。本文对近年来相关的研究作一综述,以进一步了解肾脏I/R损伤的机制。
