On Preventing and Fighting Corruption in the State-owned Commercial Banks by the Principal-agent Theory

近年来,国有商业银行腐败案件屡查屡犯,涉案人员既有总行级的高管,也有分支行的一般员工,本文从国有商业银行内部治理的委托代理关系入手,分析国有商业银行腐败存在的根源,并提出了防腐反腐的思路和对策。

On the basis of principal - agent theory,this paper analyses the reasons why the corruption exists in the state, owned commercial banks and puts forward some measures to prevent and fight corruption.
