骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床及影像学表现

Clinical and Imaging Manifestations of Benign Fibrous Histiocytoma of Bone

目的:探讨骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床及影像学特征。方法:回顾性分析经病理证实的13例骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床及影像学资料,13例中9例行X线检查,6例行CT检查,7例行MRI检查。结果:本组13例骨良性纤维组织细胞瘤9例,在X线片上均表现为边缘部分模糊,伴不连续硬化线,在CT、MRI上则显示清楚。6例在CT图像上密度比肌肉稍低或类似于肌肉;7例在T1WI像上信号类似肌肉或稍高;6例在T2WI像上信号较正常骨髓略低。结论:以上表现具有一定的诊断及鉴别诊断意义,多数典型病例可借此明确诊断。

Objective：To study the clinical and imaging features of benign fibrous histiocytoma of bone. Methods：A retrospective analysis was performed to assess the clinical and imaging data of 13 cases confirmed to be benign fibrous histiocytoma of bone by pathology. From these 13 cases,9 cases underwent radiography,6 cases underwent CT scan and 7 cases MRI. All images were evaluated by two senior radiologists who didn＇t know pathological reports. Results： In the 13 cases of benign fibrous histiocytoma of bone in this study,all cases had ill-defined margins with discontinued sclerotic rims in plain films, but they were distinct in CT and MRI. All cases showed the soft-tissue density on CT to be similar to that of the skeletal muscle,while 7 cases showed the signal intensity on T1-weighted MR image to be similar to that of the skeletal muscle, and 6 cases showed the signal intensity on T2-weighted MR image to be a little lower than the normal bone marrow. Conclusion：The above clinical and imaging appearances have considerable significance in diagnosis and differential diagnosis. A correct diagnosis of benign fibrous histiocytoma can be made in most typical cases based on them.
