20辊不锈钢冷轧机组凸度调节装置的改进

Improvement of the Crown Adjustment System of the CRM with 20 Rolls

宁波宝新不锈钢有限公司3#轧机(简称3CR)是从德国SUNDWIG公司引进的20辊不锈钢冷轧机组。安装于支撑辊凸度调节系统内的INA滚针轴承因设计不良导致短期内全部受损,经SUNDWIG改进设计,更换新型结构的IBC轴承后,使用较正常。通过受力分析及对轴承的校核计算,比较新旧轴承的性能差异,结果显示新轴承的使用性能优于旧轴承。

Ningbo Baoxin＇ s No. 3 mill imported from SUNDWIG Company （Germany） is a cold rolling mill with 20 rolls for stainless steel. The INA bearings installed in the crown adjustment sys- tem were completely damaged in a short period of time. SUNDWIG improved the design of the mill＇s structure, new bearings （IBC） replaced the old ones and the result is good. Through the bearing＇ s stress analysis and the data checking, the difference between the old and new bearing＇ s performances was compared. The result indicated that the new bearing is better than the old one in performance.
