摘要
宝钢炼钢连铸物流系统是一个典型的混杂系统,使用Petri Net可以很好地描述其特征,因此Petri Net是炼钢连铸物流研究的重要方法之一。介绍了Petri Net、COM等技术的基本概念和方法,并根据宝钢炼钢连铸物流的特点,提出了基于面向对象技术和Petri Net技术相结合的炼钢连铸物流仿真方法。构建了宝钢炼钢连铸物流仿真器的Petri Net模型、组件模型等,并对其组态技术及其实现进行了详细介绍,进一步给出了组态环境的实现界面。
Baosteel s steelmaking and concasting logistics system is a typical hybrid system.Petri Net can be used to describe its characteristics.Therefore,the Petri Net is one of the most important ways for the steelmaking and concasting logistics system.In this paper,the Petri Net technology,COM technology,and its fundamental concepts and methods are introduced.According to the characteristics of Baosteel s steelmaking and concasting logistics system,the simulation method for the system was put forward based on the object-oriented （00） technology and the Petri Net technology. The Petri Net model, component model and so forth for Baosteel＇ s steelmaking and concasting logistics simulator were established. In this paper, the configuration technology and its realization are described in detail. Furthermore, the realization interface of the configuration environment is given.
