摘要
宝日汽车板重卷/剖分机组除具备正常重卷功能外,还可对钢板进行对中剖分。机组不带焊机,为单个钢卷生产。在生产中发现,带钢表面擦划伤严重。通过对机组设备配置和设备特点的分析,发现机组在穿带和甩尾时没有张力,带钢在机组的导板上滑过,带钢下表面与机组导板台相碰,产生擦划伤。通过优化控制,使带钢在穿带和甩尾时保持静张,以及将带钢和导板之间滑动摩擦改为滚动摩擦,极大减少擦划伤量,带钢擦划伤长度由原先的每卷80m减少到10m,确保重卷/剖分机组的正常生产。
Besides the recoiling function, the recoiling and splitting line of Baosteel-NSC/Arcelor Automotive Steel Sheets Co. also has the function to split strips into the parts of the same width. As this line is not equipped with a welding machine, it only produces single coil of steel. In the pro- duction, lots of scrapes were found on the bottom surface of strip. With the analysis of the line' s equipment configuration and characteristics, it was found that the line has no tension when the head and tail of strip was produced. Scrapes were generated when the bottom surface of strip ran foul of each other. Through optimizing the control program and changing the sliding friction into the rolling friction between the strip and the table, scraps were greatly reduced. The length of scraps decreased from the original 80 m per coil to 10 m, which guaranteed the line' s normal production.
