摘要
在高炉炉顶安装热像仪,通过热像仪获取高炉料面热状态特征图像和相关温度数据。分析高炉冶炼过程中料面温度、气流强度等变化对热像仪成像效果的影响,提出了最佳测量时段和标准炉况概念;然后将高炉冶炼的特征和热像仪在试验条件下取得的试验结果相结合,阐述了热像仪波段、炉料辐射率、空气温度、透视窗传输率、测量物距的确定方法,并对由此所造成的测量误差进行了分析;最后就如何正确认识热像仪在高炉料面检测中的意义和作用提出了自己的观点。
A thermal imaging system is installed on the top of a blast furnace.With the system,characteristic images of the BF burden surface in thermal state and related temperature data can be obtained.Through analyzing the burden surface temperature in the smelting process and the effect of airflow intensity on the system s imaging result,a concept of the best measuring period and standard furnace status was put forward.In combination with the BF smelting characteristics and the system s test results in experimental conditions, the wave band of the thermal imaging system, the radiation ratio of the burden, the air temperature, the transfer rate of the perspective window and the confir- mation method of the object distance measurement are expounded. On the basis of the data men- tioned above, the measurement error is analyzed. Finally the author gives his viewpoint on the meaning and function of the thermal imaging system in measurement of the BF burden surface.
