摘要
针对宝日汽车板有限公司2CGL烘烤炉改造中基于蓄热式烧嘴炉温控制的新课题进行了探索。与传统烧嘴不同,蓄热式烧嘴的废气温度与燃气流量是成反比的,针对这个特点,提出了模拟连续控制和离散数字控制相结合的控制策略,从而避免了因燃气流量过低造成废气温度超高的问题,同时也充分利用了原系统的功能,实现了蓄热式烧嘴的炉温稳定控制。
The new task of the temperature control system for the heating furnace based on the regenerative radiant tube burner is explored.The temperature of the exhaust gas is inversely proportional to the flux of the gas using the regenerative radiant tube burner.It is different from the traditional burner.For this reason,the control tactics,which should be a combination of the continuous analog control and the dispersive digital control,has been put forward,so as to solve the problem of high exhaust gas temperature caused by the low gas flux. It can also make full use of the original system' s functions and achieve the stable temperature control of the heating furnace with regenerative radiant tube burners.
