自制导萌装置牵引上颌埋伏阻生中切牙的临床应用

Clinical study of the modified device of guide eruption applied in impacted maxillary central incisor

目的评价自制导萌装置牵引上颌埋伏阻生中切牙的临床疗效,并探讨其机制和使用方法。方法临床选择7-11岁上颌中切牙埋伏阻生患者12例,在萌出间隙开拓充分后,应用自制导萌装置进行埋伏阻生牙的牵引导萌治疗,并在治疗前后拍摄X线片辅助评价疗效。结果通过应用自制导萌装置,12例患者的上颌埋伏阻生中切牙均顺利萌出至理想位置,疗效满意,疗程3-18个月,平均8.5个月。结论应用自制导萌装置牵引上颌埋伏阻生中切牙可取得令人满意的临床效果。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the modified device of guide eruption applied in impacted maxillary central incisor and discuss the mechanism and application. Methods Twelve cases aged 7 - 11 years old with impacted maxillary central incisor were chosen and treated with the modified device of guide eruption. X-rays were taken before and after the treatment. Results Twelve impacted maxillary central incisors were treated successfully after 3 - 18 months, and the average period was 8.5 months. Conclusion The modified device of guide eruption is effective for impacted maxillary central incisor.
