胰腺癌CXCR-4、MMP-2、VEGF的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系 被引量:3

Relationship between expressions of CXCR4, MMP-2 and VGEF and biological behavior of pancreatic cancer

摘要 目的探讨CXCR-4、MMP-2、VEGF在胰腺癌中的表达及其与胰腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化PV6000法检测47例胰腺癌组织中CXCR4、MMP-2及VEGF的表达,分析它们与肿瘤病理参数的关系以及3种蛋白表达之间的关系。结果47例胰腺癌组织中CXCR-4、MMP-2及VEGF的阳性表达率分别为72.3%、66.0%和61.7%,三者均与胰腺癌的转移、临床分期和预后有关(X^2=5.84—12.69,P〈0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和组织学分化无关(x^2=0.03~4.27,P〉0.05)。胰腺癌组织中CXCR-4的表达与MMP-2和VEGF的表达均呈正相关(r=0.587、0.521,P〈0.01)。结论CXCR-4通过上调MMP-2及VEGF的表达,共同参与胰腺癌的浸润和转移。 Objective To investigate the expressions of CXCR4, MMP-2 and VEGF in pancreatic carcinoma and the relationship with biological behavior of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical PV6000 technique was used to detect the expression of CXCR-4, MMP-2 and VEGF in 47 cases of pancreatic carcinoma tissues, and the relationship between the expressions and pathologic parameters, and the relationship among the expressions of the 3 proteins were analysed. Results The expression rates of CXCR-4, MMP-2 and VEGF were 72.3%, 66.0% and 61.7% in pancreatic carcinoma tissues, and all these proteins were correlated with metastasis, clinical staging and prognosis ( X^2 = 5.84 - 12.69; P 〈0.05). The expression of CXCR-4, MMP-2 and VEGF was not correlated with sex, age, tumor size and differentiation ( X^2 = 0.03 - 4.27 ; P 〉 0.05 ). There was a positive relationship between the expression of CXCR-4 and MMP-2 or VEGF in pancreatic carcinoma (r = 0. 587, 0. 521 ; P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions CXCR-4 could up-regulate the expression of MMP-2 and VEGF in pancreatic carcinoma, and they may contribute to metastasis and invasion of pancreatic carcinoma.
