血清总胆红素浓度对胰十二指肠切除术后并发症的影响 被引量：1

摘要 胰十二指肠切除术（whipple术）是治疗壶腹部周围恶性肿瘤的首选方法。多个研究表明，术前总胆红素水平是影响whipple术后并发症的独立危险因素，本文比较不同年代在本中心行whipple手术治疗患者术前血清总胆红素浓度对术后并发症影响，探讨在手术技术和围手术期监护较过去都有很大提高的现在，术前血胆红素浓度是否仍然是影响whipple术后并发症的独立危险因素。
