NGF、PCNA与泌乳素垂体瘤卒中的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨垂体泌乳素腺瘤中神经生长因子(NGF)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与垂体瘤卒中之间的相关性。方法应用免疫组化方法检测56例泌乳素腺瘤中两种NGF及PCNA的表达情况,NGF对泌乳素腺瘤细胞的作用,分析二者与卒中、侵袭性之间的关系。结果p75-NGFR的表达在卒中组、侵袭性垂体腺瘤、高泌乳素水平垂体腺瘤中的表达明显要低于对照组,而PCNA表达则明显要高于对照组。两者在各组中比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论p75-NGFR、PCNA表达水平能间接反映垂体泌乳素腺瘤的增殖活性及卒中发生率。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nerve growth factor receptor (NGFR), proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and the prolactinoma with pituitary apoplexy. Methods The expressions of NGF (p75-NGFR) and PCNA in 56 cases of pituitary prolactinoma were detected by techniques. The relationship among expression of NGF and PCNA, tumor invasiveness and apoplexy were analyzed. Results The expression of p75-NGFR was significantly lower in the invasive, apoplexy and hyper-pmlactin group than that in control group, while the expression of PCNA was significantly higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference in the expression of NGF and PCNA between these groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The expressions of NGFR and PCNA can be indirect indicators of the proliferation activity and the apoplectic rate of tumors.
