摘要
目的:通过放射性核素和骨密度检查,观察犬同种异体下颌骨移植后的愈合情况。方法:18只杂种犬随机分成3组,分别接受自体骨、冷冻同种异体骨、冷冻干燥同种异体骨移植,术后4周、12周、24周分别进行放射性核素检查;术后24周处死所有动物,对髁突、升支中段、下颌角进行骨密度扫描,并与移植前的骨密度比较。结果:术后4周、12周、24周移植侧的RO I平均计数均高于对照侧,异体骨组术后12周的T/NT比值显著高于其他时间点;自体移植骨髁突的骨密度显著高于对照,异体冷冻干燥骨/冷冻骨移植术后24周的骨密度没有明显改变。结论:犬同种异体冷冻/冻干下颌骨移植后可以重新血管化,术后24周时骨改建已经趋缓;犬冷冻/冻干异体下颌骨移植24周后的骨密度变化不大。
Objective : To judge the effect of reconstruction of canine's TMJ and mandible with frozen and freeze - dried allograft mandible. Methods: Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into three groups and received bone transplantation respectively. They were group Ⅰ : autogenous mandible ; group Ⅱ : frozen allograft mandible ; and group Ⅲ : freeze - dried allografi mandible. The radionuelide SPECT imaging was taken at 4 weeks, 12 weeks and 24 weeks postoperatively. Then the animals were killed and the BMD of transplants were evaluated. Results: The regenerative bone deposition was found 4 weeks postoperatively. 12 weeks after surgery the radioactive ratio of bone grafts/control sides reached the highest level. In contrast with the original level, 24 weeks after the surgery, there were no significant changes of allograft bone's BMD. Conclusion : All the bone allografts survived and BMD of them had no significant changes 24 weeks postoperatively.
