摘要
目的:利用蓝发光二级管诱导荧光检测龋损。方法:将30颗牙随机分为3组:正常对照组(N组);实验组,龋坏组(P1组);实验对照组,龋损去除组(P2组)。结果:荧光检测结果显示P1组与N组荧光光谱有显著差异,P2组与P1组荧光光谱明显不同,P2组与N组荧光光谱相似。结论:以本方法可以早期发现邻面的早期龋损,继发龋或隐匿性龋,另外在深龋去腐过程中,同时进行检测,还可以防止去腐过度和意外穿髓。
Objective: To detect dental caries objectively using a violet light -emitting diode (LED) induced fluorescence. Methods: Thirty extracted human teeth with dental caries were randomly divided into three groups. Control group (N) and two experimental groups ( P1 and P2 ). P1 group was composed of ten teeth with natural dental caries. P2 group was caries that had been removed. Results: The wave of P1 group was significant deviated from that of N group , but P2 group was silimar to N group. Conclusion: This method can detect dental caries immediately , and can prevent excess removing detritus or pulp exposed.
