两种不同测量分析方法在成人颜面对称性测量中的相关关系研究

Correlation of Two Analyses in Measurement of Adult Facial Symmetry

目的:通过对头颅定位后前位片的X线头影测量分析和正面面像测量分析相对应的测量项目间的相关关系研究阐明两种不同测量分析方法在成人颜面对称性测量中的相关关系。方法:将符合标准的66例病例的标准头颅定位后前位片及标准正面面像的数码照片分别进行头影测量分析与面像测量分析以获得与颜面对称性诊断相关的两组对应测量数据,最后对对应数据进行统计学分析。结果:两种不同测量分析方式所对应的测量项目之间有较好的相关性。RZyg与RZyg’、RMs与RMs’、RGo与RGo’相关系数分别为0.911、0.903和0.873。而ANS-Y与ANS’-Y’、Me-Y与Me’-Y’的相关系数也高达0.901和0.920。结论:正面面像测量分析是一种有价值的成人颜面对称性分析方法,它是头颅定位后前位片X线头影测量分析法的一种有益补充。

Objective： To elucidate the correlation between measurements of posteroanterior eephalometrie analysis and anterior faeial photographic analysis in the measurement of adult facial symmetry. Methods： 66 eases were ineluded in this study. Standardized posteroanterior eephalograms and anterior facial photograms were taken and the items related with diag- nosis of adult facial symmetry were measured. Correlation analysis between the corresponding measurements was applied in SPSS 13. O. Results： A good correlation between cephalometrie and photographic measurements was eonfirmed. The correlation coefficient of RZyg and RZyg＇ , RMs and RMs＇ , RGo and RGo＇ were 0.911,0. 903 and 0. 873 espeeially. The correlation eoeffieient of ANS - Y and ANS＇ - Y＇ , Me - Y and Me＇ - Y＇were up to 0. 901 and 0. 920. Conclusion： Our results suggest that anterior facial photographie analysis ean be used as a valuable tool in the measurement of adult faeial symmetry. Anterior facial photographic analysis is a meaningful supplement of posteroanterior eephalometric analysis.
