胶原膜与磷酸钙骨水泥联合治疗Ⅱ度根分叉病变的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察可降解胶原膜联合磷酸钙骨水泥引导组织再生(GTR)治疗Ⅱ度根分叉病变的临床效果。方法:选择18例Ⅱ度根分叉病变的患者经牙周基础治疗一个月后行胶原膜与磷酸钙骨水泥联合治疗,术前及术后3、6、12个月检查牙周临床指标并进行定位根尖片检查。结果:术后3、6、12个月各临床指标与术前比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。其中13例牙周袋消失或变浅,患牙松动度变稳固,能正常咀嚼食物,占72.2%,X线片示根分叉低密度骨缺损区大部分消失且新骨生成。结论:胶原膜和磷酸钙骨水泥引导组织再生(GTR)治疗Ⅱ度根分叉病变可获得良好的临床疗效。 Objective: To observe the clinical effects of degradable collagen membrane associated with calcium phosphate cement. Methods: 18 cases of patients with Grade Ⅱ furcation involvement were selected. Four weeks after an initial therapy, collagen membrane associated with calcium phosphate cement were treated. Clinical indicators of periodontal were examinated before operation and 3months, 6months, 12 months after treament, At the same time, Standardized reproducible periapical films were taken. Results: Clinical indicators of periodontal statas 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared with those of the preoperative. There were significant differences( P 〈 0.05 ). 13 cases demonstrated disappear or shallow periodontal pocket. X - rays indicated furcation bone defect were disappeared and the new bone formed. Conclusion: Good clinical efficacy was available when using collagen membrane associated with calcium phosphate cement for treatment of Grade Ⅱ furcation involvement.
