引导组织再生术治疗根分叉病变15例临床报道

Guided Tissue Regeneration in the Treatment of Class Ⅱ-Ⅲ Teeth Furcation Involvement

目的：对引导组织再生术（GTR）治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ度根分叉病变的临床疗效进行评价。方法：选取Ⅱ-Ⅲ度根分叉病变的患牙30颗,翻瓣术＋胶原膜治疗15颗,单纯翻瓣术治疗15颗,术后半年通过观察牙龈指数（GI）、附着水平（AL）、根分叉垂直探诊深度（PD）与根分叉水平探诊深度（PFD）的变化,对两种手术方法的临床疗效进行比较。结果：术后半年,两组病例所有临床指标比术前明显改善,且有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。GTR组与翻瓣组比较,各项指标均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：GTR组治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ度根分叉病变,比单纯翻瓣术有更好的临床疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of guided tissue regeneration（GTR） in the treatment of class Ⅱ-Ⅲ furcation involvement. Methods： 30 teeth with class U - BIfurcation involvement were selected and divided into two groups -GTR group and FO group. Each group has 15 cases. All teeth received flap surgery, while in GTR group, furcation surfaces of teeth were covered by collagen membranes in the operation. Clinical indexes, including gingival index （ GI）, at- tachment loss（ AL）, probing depth （PD）, and probing furcation depth （PFD） were record before and six months after the operation. Re.suits： To all cases, the clinical index of pre - operation and six month later showed significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. The index of cases in GTR group showed significant difference from that of FO group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： GTR with collagen membrane is more effective than traditional flap surgery in the treatment of class Ⅱ-Ⅲ furcation involvement.
