钯银合金耐腐蚀性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨两种钯银合金在人工唾液中的耐腐蚀性。方法制作合金标准铸件,并将其浸入人工唾液中7、30、90d,采用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测试合金浸渍液中的金属离子含量。结果钯银d.sign67合金、钯银d.sign59合金和镍铬合金在人工唾液中浸泡析出的离子量在3个时间段的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),各时间段两种钯银合金在人工唾液中析出的金属离子量明显低于镍铬合金,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各时间段的钯银d.sign67合金和钯银d.sign59合金离子析出量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。浸泡时间和合金种类之间存在交互效应(P<0.001)。结论钯银合金耐腐蚀性好于镍铬合金。 Objective By analysing corrosion resistance of two types of palladium-silver alloys in artificial saliva, to study their biocompatibility, so as to provide theoretical information to application of these metal safely and effectively in clinical practice. Methods Casts of alloy were made and put in artificial saliva, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to measure metal ion' s contents. Results In artificial saliva, metal ion separating amount of Pd-Ag alloy was much lower than that of Ni-Cr alloy. Conclusion The corrosion resistance of Pd-Ag alloy was better than that of Ni-Cr alloy.
