Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损的临床观察

Repairation of Upper Lip Defect by Abbe's Flap

目的探讨Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损的临床效果。方法应用Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损患者11例。手术分为两期,一期行组织瓣转移术,二期行断蒂术同时修整唇峰、唇珠及一期术后遗留的线性凹陷,观察唇部形态。结果11例患者的Abbe瓣转移后均存活,二期手术后患者上唇丰满,上唇高度相对延长,唇珠得到重建,畸形明显改善。由于唇瓣的镶嵌,所有患者上唇均增加2条瘢痕,下唇中部均增添1条垂直向线性瘢痕。结论Abbe瓣修复上唇缺损可明显改善患者的上唇外形及功能,达到外形美观。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of Abbe＇ s flap in repairing upper lip defect. Methods Eleven cases of patients with upper lip defect were repaired by Abbe＇ s flap. Results Abbe＇ s flap survived in all cases with upper lip defect after repairing. The patients＇ lip anatomical shape, form and function have been significantly improved. Conclusion Abbe＇ s flap is an ideal methods to repair upper lip defect, since it could significantly improve the lip shape and function to achieve the effect of pleasing in appearance.
