群体性急性山豆根中毒的救治体会(附56例报告)

An Experience of Cure of A Cluster of Acute Subprosttrate Sophora Root Toxication(Reports of 56 Cases)

目的：总结群体性急性山豆根中毒的临床救治经验。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的56例群体性急性山豆根中毒的患者临床资料。所有患者均进行了补液、利尿治疗,有肝功能损害者行保肝治疗,有心脏损害者与营养心肌治疗。结果：56例中,以头昏（47例,占83.93%）和胃肠道症状为主,表现为恶心54例（96.43%）,呕吐43例（76.79%）,腹痛47例（83.93%）和腹泻21例（37.5%）。部分患者出现心肌损害和肝功能损害。电解质紊乱较为普遍。经1-2天治疗,所有患者自觉症状消失、肝功能和心肌酶谱恢复正常,治愈出院。经2年随访,未发现不良症状。结论：山豆根中毒目前没有特殊解毒药,经对症支持治疗效果良好。为群体性急性山豆根中毒的治疗提供了可供借鉴的经验。

Objective：To summarize the experience of clinic cure of a cluster of acute Subprosttrate Sophora Root toxication.Methods：A cluster of acute Subprosttrate Sophora Root toxication with 56 cases had been analyzed retrospectively.All patients had been treated with transfusion and diuresis.Some patients with liver function injury were treated with protecting liver therapy,and the patients with cardiac muscle damage were managed with cardiac muscle nourishment.Results：Among the 56 cases,there were a dominated manifestation with dizzy （47 cases, 83.93%） and gastrointestinal symptoms, including nausea （54 cases, 69.43 % ）, vomit（43 cases, 76.79 % ）, abdominal pain （47 cases, 83.79%） and diarrhea （21 cases, 37.5%）. Some patients had liver function injury or cardiac muscle damage. There were a common manifestation with electrolysis disorder. After 2 to 3 days management, all patients had been cured and left hospital, whose subjective symptoms disappeared and the injured liver function and cardiac muscle had been renewed. There were no bad symptoms been found after 2 years follow-up. Conclusion： There were no special drugs against acute Subprosttrate Sophora Root toxication, but it effect is satisfactory through symptomatic remedy. The experience about a cluster of acute Subprosttrate Sophora Root toxication cure had been provided by the report.
