摘要
目的:探讨药品差错发生后,药剂科的应对和处理预案,找出克服和避免的有效办法。方法:分析药剂科医疗差错或医疗事故发生的主要类型。结果:提出不同类型差错发生后的防范和应对措施。结论:积极合理的防范和应对药品差错事件,对改善医患关系及提高有效治疗有重要意义。
Objective：To discuss the plan for department of pharmacy to deal with the drug error incident.Methods：The main types of malpractice in department of pharmacy were analyzed.Results：The different measures for different types of malpractice were proposed.Conclusion：It s significant to improve the physician-patient relationship and enhance the effective treatment by preventing and replying to drug error incident reasonably and actively.
