纳米炭混悬注射液在乳腺癌淋巴结清扫及病理检查中的应用

Application of Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection in the Surgical Dissection and Pathologic Examination of Lymph Node for Breast Cancer

目的:探讨纳米炭混悬注射液在乳腺癌淋巴结清扫及病理检查中的价值。方法:60例乳腺癌患者术前予纳米炭混悬注射液,统计术后淋巴结获检情况。结果:术中可见乳腺引流区淋巴结有广泛不同程度的染色,60例患者共检获淋巴结1 384枚,其中染色淋巴结862枚,171/862查见癌转移;未染色淋巴结522枚,43/522查见癌转移。染色淋巴结及未染色淋巴结转移比率差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:术前注射纳米炭混悬液对乳腺癌淋巴结清扫术有指导意义。

Objective：To evaluate the application of Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection in the surgical dissection and pathologic examination of lymph node for breast cancer.Methods：60 patients with breast cancer were given Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection before operation.Pathologic examination of lymph node were done.Results：In the draining area of the breast the lymph nodes were extensively dyed.All in all,1 384 lymph nodes were examined from the 60 patients.The number of lymph nodes which were dyed was 862,in which 171 were found to have metastasis. The number of lymph nodes which were not dyed was 522,in which 43 were found to have metastasis. More metastases were proved from the lymph nodes dyed by nano-particle （P=0. 000）. Conclusion：Carbon Nanoparticles Suspension Injection is helpful for detecting metastasis in the lymph nodes of breast cancer.
