摘要
本文对全封闭压缩机的吸入汽体在机壳内的加热进行了分析,并以R12为工质进行了定量计算。结果表明,内置电动机及排气消音系统等散发的热量对机器的制冷量,E、E、R值和压缩终了温度均有明显不利的影响。应从提高电机效率,减少机壳内热交换来提高机器的性能。
This paper presents the analysis of suction gas superheat loss in the shell of hermetic refrigerating compressors and its quantitative calculation when the R12 is used as a refrigerant. Results show that heat rejections by the electric motor and the muffler of discharge system lead to the unfavourable influences for refrigerating capacity, E. E. R, and the temperature at the compression end time. To improve the compressor performance should be done by improving the motor efficiency and reduce the heat transfer between the suction gas and the compressor parts.
