DNA疫苗分子机制研究:TBK-1的作用

摘要 DNA疫苗的研究开辟了当今临床疾病预防和治疗领域新的模式。TANK结合激酶1(TANK-bindingkinase-1,TBK-1)作为固有免疫应答重要的信号转导分子,在Toll样受体、RIG-Ⅰ介导的固有免疫应答中起着重要的作用,并能增强机体的适应性免疫应答。越来越多的研究表明,TBK-1在DNA疫苗诱导机体免疫应答过程中发挥着重要的作用。该文对相关的研究进行了综述。 The research on DNA vaccines has opened up a new model in the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases. TANK-binding kinase-Ⅰ(TBK-1), a key signaling molecule in innate immunity, can not only act importantly in the innate immune response which is mediated by TLR or RIG-Ⅰ , but also promote the adaptive immune response. Recent findings show that TBK-1 plays an important role in the immune response elicited by DNA vaccines. In this article, some progress on the research are reviewed.
