磁共振血管成像技术在脑静脉系统中应用的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨磁共振在脑静脉系统的成像技术,评价磁共振脑静脉血管成像在脑静脉显示和疾病诊断的价值。方法本组35例受检者,行二维时间飞跃法(2D-TOF MRV)和二维相位对比法(2D-PC MRV)后,做3D增强MRV(3D_CE MRV)扫描。将原始数据进行最大信号强度投影。对所显示的脑静脉系统的图像与病变进行分析,以评估三种MRV显示静脉结构与血栓的可靠性。结果所有受检者的诊断结果经DSA和随访证实。25例正常,其中10例在2D-TOF MRV和2D-PC MRV中均有不同程度的异常表现,但3D-CE MRV均表现正常。10例脑静脉窦血栓形成。在2D-TOF MRV、2D-PC MRV和3D-CE MRV图像上均表现为上矢状窦未见显影2例,变细1例,局部管腔变窄1例,右侧横窦未见显影2例、变细2例;右侧乙状窦未见显影1例。另有1例2D-TOF MRV表现为左侧横窦与正常血管相同的高信号,而在3D-CEMRV则出现对比剂充盈缺损。3D-CE MRV显示静脉窦结构和诊断静脉窦血栓的可靠性明显优于平扫MRV。结论2D-TOF及2D-PC MRV结合3D-CE MRV静脉成像技术组成全脑静脉系统成像,为显示脑内静脉结构及诊断静脉窦血栓的可靠的和有价值的方法。 Objective To explore imaging technique of magnetic resonance in cerebral vein system and to evaluate the value of magnetic resonance veinography in displaying cerebral vein and diagnosing disease. Methods The thrity-five persons experienced examinations of 2-dimension time of flight(2D TOF), 2-dimension phase contrast(2D PC) and then 3-dimension contrast-enhaneement veinography(3D-CE MRV). The raw data treated with maxi intensitive projection. The images of veinography and disease changes were analysed as so to evaluate the dependability of the three methods in playing venous structions and disease changes. Results All the diagnoses were proved by DSA or followed up .In 25 normal persons, 2D TOF and 2D PC of 10 persons showed abnormal in different type. But the 3D-CE MRV were normal.In 10 patients suffered from vein thrombosis,that all 2D-TOF MRV,2D-PC MRV and 3D-CE MRV showed vein abnormality followed as: up radius sinus were no appeared in 2 cases, fined in 2 cases, local cannal of up radius sinus were narrowed in 1 cases. Right traversable sinus no appeared in 2 cases, fined in 2 cases, right sigmoid sinus no appeared in 1 cases. Additionally, in one patients, the left traversal sinus showed high signal as same as normal vein sinus in 2D TOF but of contrast medium was seen in 3D-CE-MRV. 3D-CE-MRV was dependable in describing structions of vein and displaying disease changes than 2D-TOF MRV and 2D-PC MRV, Conclusion The techniques of vein imaging of 2D-TOF MRV and 2D-PC MRV combining with 3D-CE MRV formed imaging method of cerebral vein system and it was dependable method for showing cerebral vein struction and diagnosing throb vein sinus thrombosis.
