胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis on solid pseudo-papillary tumor of pancreas

目的探讨CT对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经手术、病理证实的6例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的CT表现和诊断。结果6例肿瘤位于胰头2例,胰体、尾部4例。6例瘤体均为囊、实混合性,增强后实质部分均有强化,囊性部分无强化;特征性表现为"浮云征"。肿瘤大部分位于胰腺,多有完整包膜,不伴有胆总管扩张。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤CT表现有一定特征,CT检查对其诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in solid pseudo-papillary tumor of pancreas（SPTP）. Methods CT features of six patients with pathologically proved SPTP were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all 6 cases, SPTP located in head of pancreas in 2 cases, tail in 4 cases. All tumors were solid-cystic. After contrast administration, there were enhancement in solid area while no enhancement in cystic area. The ＂floating cloud＂ sign was characteristic. The tumor was mainly located in the pancreas with complete capsule; no common bile duct dilatation was accompanied. Conclusion The CT characteristic findings might be of great value in differential diagnosis of SPTP.
