摘要
作者用实验方法对沉降离心机转鼓内的两相流场进行了初步研究。实验采用了颗粒速度统计分布仪和GQε-2型光导纤维空隙度测定仪分别对两相旋转流场内固相颗粒的速度分布和浓度分布进行了测量。本文对实验结果进行了讨论后,提出了两相旋转流场切向速度分布和生产能力计算公式。
In this paper, the two-phase flow field in a sedimenting centrifuge is ivestigated by experimental method. The particle velocity Analyzer and GQε-2 optical fibre vacuity analyzer have been used to measure the velocity profile and the concentration of solid particles in the rotating two-phase flow field. Finally, the research of experiment has been discussed and priductivity formula is suggested.
