摘要
以硫铁矿生产高品质硫精矿可扩大其应用领域,提高产品的附加值。本文以某硫铁矿为试验研究对象,根据矿石中脉石矿物石英含量高等工艺矿物学特点,确定了高品质、高品位硫精矿两产品工艺技术方案,使资源总利用率达到87.69%。试验中采用预先浮选除杂-酸化水玻璃高效抑制-粗精矿再磨再选的的技术路线,得到了附加价值高的高品质硫精矿,并讨论了影响高品质硫精矿质量的主要因素。
Preparation of high - quality sulfur concentrate is a new approach of the comprehensive utilization of pyrite, which can obtain high value - added product. A pyrite ore was chosen as a research subject of the paper. According to mineralogical characteristics of the ore, the "two production" schemes , which producing high-quality sulfur concentrate and high grade sulfur concentrate were determined. A technical route of "pre-removing impurity-efficient depression with acidified sodium silicate-regrinding and re-concentration of roughing concentrate" was proposed, and with the route, high-quali- ty sulfur concentrate was obtained, and utilization rate of resource reached 87.69%. Moreover,the main factors affecting the quality of sulfur concentrate was investigated.
