摘要
以江西赣锋锂业提锂后的卤水为原料,加入氨水反应得含铝、氟的复合物沉淀,研究了各参数对过程的影响,得到了适宜的工艺条件:水∶废液=1.5∶1(v/v),反应温度25℃,反应时间30 min,半成品中含Al3+25%,铝回收率93%,含F-15%,氟回收率92%。第二步将铝、氟复合物与氢氟酸、纯碱反应得到冰晶石,产品符合国家标准。
Brine, run by Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co. , Ltd. is an exhaust liquor after being extracted off lithium. In the first step, brine was used as raw material by adding ammonia to produce precip- itated aluminum and fluorine complexes. The effects of various fac- tors on the process were studied and it was, in turn, to obtain the suitable conditions: water / waste liquid = 1.5 : 1 (v/v), reaction temperature 25 ℃, reaction time 30 min, semi-finished products contains Al3+ 25% with the recovery rate of aluminum being 93%, and contains F- 15%, the recovery rate of fluorine being 9296. In the second step, cryolite was produced through the reaction of aluminum and fluorine complexes and hydrofluoric acid and soda ash. The products including cryolite conformed to the national standard.
